Instructions for Using Our Service

LIMOUSINE.COM provides you with two methods to order car service in the metro areas we serve:

1. On-line (please see the instructions below)
2. By phone (by calling 1-888-999-LIMO)

If you have never used our on-line service to order a car
Before you can order limousine service, you must create a User Profile. This will require you to fill out a standard billing form. When you are finished, the system will create a unique User ID and secure password that you have provided. The next time you wish to order a car from LIMOUSINE.COM, you will only need to enter this User ID and Password. All of your billing information will appear on an on-line order form. Of course, this information can be modified by simply clicking the 'Modify Your User Profile' link at the top of any page on our site.

If you have already created a profile and wish to change it
Please go to the Modify Profile screen, log in and you will be taken to your original profile form (this can also be accessed from the Order form).

Number of passenger and oversize luggage
Please let us know if there will be more than four people in your party, if you have oversize luggage, or if you or any of your companions has other special needs.
